Hi, I'm Ronielle Price, known around Charlotte as SoldbyRonielleNC, or as many of my clients call me, their Carolina Relocation Homegirl.

Before real estate, I spent years building a career across a handful of industries: tech, aviation, pharma, and telecom. Different companies, different titles, different rooms. But one thing never changed. I was called to serve people, and to serve them well. Building real relationships has always been the thread running through every chapter of my career, long before I ever got my real estate license.

My own path led me from Chicagoland through Texas and eventually here, to Charlotte. I know what it feels like to pack up a life and plant new roots in an unfamiliar place, which is exactly why relocation clients hold such a special place in my business. I've walked that road myself.

Today I'm based in Huntersville, NC and serve families across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Iredell, and Union Counties, along with York County just across the state line. I work with first-time buyers taking their very first step into homeownership, relocating families building a new life here, and buyers exploring new construction, and I love every version of that journey.

I believe homeownership is one of the ways God lets us build something that outlasts us, so I don't treat it like a transaction. I treat it like the meaningful chapter it is. My clients describe the experience as intentional, caring, and truly invested from day one, and that's exactly the kind of agent I set out to be: someone who makes sure you're never confused, who genuinely cares about you as a person and not just a client, and who shows up with a steady hand no matter how the process unfolds.

In my spare time you can find me with my head in a book, serving at my church, rooting for my Steelers and Bears, or spending time with my family.
